Victoria Crenshaw
Assistant to the Office of Undergraduate Education
Victoria Crenshaw serves as the assistant to the Office of Undergraduate Education in Baylor University’s School of Education. In this role, she assists the Office of Undergraduate Education with a wide range of administrative tasks, meetings, and event planning. Ms. Crenshaw works closely with Dr. Sandi Cooper, associate dean for undergraduate education, supports the mission of the School of Education, and manages other responsibilities for the Office of Undergraduate Education. Her dedication to Baylor is reflected in her daily interactions, in which she strives to support faculty, staff, and students while also showing the love of Christ. Victoria loves to live out the Baylor mission in everything that she does.
Ms. Crenshaw has served on staff at Baylor University since 2021. Before coming to the School of Education, she worked as an administrative associate for the Department of Human Sciences and Design in Baylor’s Robbins College of Health and Human Sciences. In this role, she collaborated closely with faculty, staff, and student employees for daily tasks, building projects, and a variety of administrative and event support. She also coordinated website and social media marketing for the department, divisions, and event promotions.
Beyond her professional responsibilities, Ms. Crenshaw is deeply committed to her faith and community. She and her husband, JP, serve as youth pastors at Moldbreakers Fellowship, where they mentor and inspire teenagers, sharing the love of Christ with the upcoming generation. She cherishes time spent with her husband and their three boys, Easton, Levi, and Logan, along with their goldendoodle, Dolly. Her passion for nurturing others is evident both in her work at Baylor and in her personal life.
