Leone Moore
Financial Administrator
Leone Moore serves as the financial administrator in the School of Education (SOE) and reports to the business officer for the SOE. Mrs. Moore works closely with department chairs and administrative staff within the School of Education. Through her role as budget coordinator, she performs various business, accounting, and finance operations as well as helps ensure departmental budgets are being managed and reviewed.
Additionally, Mrs. Moore assists with reviewing accuracy of chart of account entry, approving purchase requests, processes outgoing invoices for accounts receivable, supplier set up, and data entry for contracts. She also serves as a department approver and supports in reconciliation of financial accounts.
Mrs. Moore has been a Baylor employee since 2010; prior to coming to the School of Education she worked within Baylor’s Institute for Studies of Religion as their office manager. In her role at ISR she assisted the financial manager with several tasks that included grant-related projects, contracts, and data entry.
